HKAPA Presents Academy Cello Festival 2023
The Strings Department of the School of Music of The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts will present the Academy Cello Festival 2023 at the Academy Concert Hall from July 22 to 28. Students from the Strings Department will perform a series of concerts featuring both new and beloved cello pieces, alongside renowned alumni and faculty members, bringing stunning performances to the audience this summer.
Professor Ray Wang, Head of Strings and Head of Junior Music Department, is greatly looking forward to the Festival, saying, "Academy Cello Festival returns for its second season. We hope the music will bring you the sensation together with how the cello sound can instil in the minds of many. Come and join us to share the magical experience and enjoy a joyous time through the Festival."
