Born in Chile and raised in Cannes, south of France, Emmanuel Diaz has made his name in music, fashion, and nightlife industry with a following having the privilege to perform at some of the most prestigious venues around the world alongside internationally acclaimed artists, and DJs.
Emmanuel is known for his groovy style where he infuses the essence of music that he loves best—melodic, deep, emotive, with afro drums on top of an infectious house beat.
Emmanuel has played at the Cannes Film Festival, Formula 1-Monaco, some private VIP events for Versace, amfAR Hong Kong, NARS, Louis Vuitton, La Perla, Emporio Armani, Dior, Rosewood Hotel, Four Seasons, K11, and the list just goes on…
On top of that, he has also played front act for musicians who need no introduction, like Madonna, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, David Guetta, Axwell, Bruno Mars, Swedish House Mafia, Calvin Harris, Chris Brown, Jamie Foxx, and so much more.
With so much passion for what he does, we wanted to get to know the artist more, and so we’ve asked him a few questions…
What would you be without music?
“I think I would work in visual art (used to draw a lot) / cinema or something graphic. I love to make videos when I travel. My dream would be to make an animation on my music”.
If you were to live again, would you still choose to make music? Why do you think so?
“Yes I would, there is no better feeling, it’s a universal language, everybody can translate different emotions by listening to music, it even affects the animals feelings”.
